Trey Songz Arrested For Assaulting Woman With Dollar Bills

Trey Songz was recently
arrested for assaulting a
woman with money at his
official album release party
for his latest LP, Chapter V.
The party was held at Club
Perfection in Queens back in
August.
According to TMZ, at around
4AM on Aug. 22, Trey Songz,
born Tremaine Neverson,
got into an altercation at the
club, but was not arrested
that early morning.
"Tremaine Neverson, did
throw a sum of United States
currency at the complainant
and said sum of United
States currency struck the
complainant's left eye
causing substantial pain to
her left eye," read the police
report.
Songz was arrested for
misdemeanor assault
stemming from the incident
the following month, and
went to court on Nov. 1
where an order of
protection was issued.
Songz returns to court
February 2013.
