Are you in the Spirit of the Season?
Today is the 25th day of December, a day like no other in each year.
It is a day of we commemorate the birth of the Saviour of the world,
Jesus Christ.
As we mark this beautiful day, it is worthy to note that it is not
only a day to eat and drink but also to throw a reflection on our
lives. We are celebrating someone's birth!
How have the life of this celebrant affected you? Have you done your
best to be like him? These and many other questions should be pondered
upon as we mark this day.
It is noteworthy to remember that Christ's live on earth was not
characterised with eating, drinking, partying and all what not, He
lived an examplaly life which should be emulated.
As you mark today, I urge you to remember the Reason for the Season,
Christ who is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.
